The double room was cozy with a nice seating area, making it feel homely. Having a tea/coffee maker was a lovely touch for a morning pick-me-up.

The lack of closet space for clothes was a bit inconvenient.

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a gorgeous studio suite, plus the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Jackson.

The bed was really comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We particularly enjoyed being close to several restaurants, which meant we could have dinner and then easily walk back to the hotel. It was so convenient!

Disliked that the hot water seemed to run out quickly. We both wanted to take showers after a long day of sightseeing, but by the time I got in the water was already lukewarm.
